BOM completely set us up and enable us to do business with the technology. BOM do ‘response’ very well. At the end of the day, they have the tech knowledge. This is no good unless they respond. They speak to us in layman’s language and manage expectations. This is different to other IT support companies I have worked with. Customer service is absolutely excellent.
