BOM are easy to deal with, friendly and knowledgeable. It is a genuine partnership with them, meaning we understand the way each other’s businesses work. We can rely on BOM to step in and do the ‘heavy lifting’ where necessary which enables us to give the most effective support to the business. We have been with BOM for some time and they have assisted us in a complete overhaul of our back-end infrastructure on more than one occasion. We periodically look long and hard at other MSP’s for due diligence, but have remained with BOM given the service and commercials.
