BOM will provide user support to any charity or business, across all sectors, and doesn’t need to have been supplied by us. We also provide warranty management, with a loan device, enabling your team to continue to work whilst the device is in triage or repair.
Each service is modular so you can select hardware support with add-ons, including email, applications, O/S and connectivity.
These inclusive services also apply to networking hardware, switches and routers. With an all inclusive time and materials onsite support with a dedicated BOM engineer and SLA’s – Services Levels of your choice.
Under manufacturer’s warranty, BOM can provide warranty management not limited to 1 or 100 calls per year.
What do other service providers do?
Many other service providers will only support technology assets and users device’s whilst in manufacturer’s warranty for the initial 1 or 3 years, then look to implement care pack support from the vendor which can often lose that valued continuity between customer and services partner.
